The new administrative building of "Eine Welt Handel AG" has been constructed in an east-west direction and makes full use of the site under demanding conditions. The customer enters the building through an open-plan exhibition area on the ground floor. From there, an impressive staircase leads to the functional and office area on the top floor. There are also HGV ramps and a direct railway connection to the Austrian Railway Network for the delivery and supply of goods.
The building has a timber load-bearing system and is structurally tested, highly heat insulated wall and roofing elements of the eco2 building system. The larch panels on the external walls leave a lasting impression of the construction of the building. Expansions to the building are optimally guaranteed through the modular construction of the eco²building system.<//span>
