ecological x economical = eco²building
As the first reference project for the eco²building, the new logistics centre of the company "Eine Welt Handel AG" in Niklasdorf demonstrates that it is possible to combine sophisticated and unique architecture with ecology and efficiency. The eco²building successfully combines optimal energy efficiency and housing technology with short planning and construction periods whilst simultaneously ensuring exceptional design quality and financial planning securuty.
For this reason it has received a significant number of awards:

"klima:aktiv passive house service and sales building" certification
(The eco²building reference project has been monitored since the very first day it was in use. The results so far have shown that the eco²building system has achieved all of the previously calculated energy efficiency parameters which means that it was able to further improve its "klima:aktiv"- assessment and is now the first building to receive 1.000 out of a possible 1.000 points!)
